		<description>I myself am a cyclist and my husband and I do tandem riding quite often.  I have recently started the JUDDDD diet and was facing the same situations with needing more calories on DD.  I am on the Sparkpeople JUDDDD team and the advice that I have gotten from those who have been doing it for a long time is to eat additional calories on those days to account for the calories burned.  I have not done a ride on a DD because of schedules but I imagine that I will eat additional calories based on what I need and how I feel.   We are training for a few centuries coming up and I want to have that under control...I&#039;d love to know what you figure out works for you!
