		<description>Have you heard of the Burrito Diet? I was thinking about doing it myself but have not read the whole ebook yet. Like any diet I think the key is eating fewer calories than you normally should and throw in some exercise. Everyone has a different spin on it though.</description>

I like you tips about chocolate - by avoiding temptation and keeping it out of the house. I must admit it&#039;s my biggest weak point - I love it and regulalry get the urge - but if there&#039;s none in the house then I get through the urges unscathed and live to diet another day :o)
